The Riverview Welcomes You for a Short Stay
Have you ever needed a few days rest from taking care of your parents or grandparents? Maybe over the winter months, you would just feel better if Mom and Dad were someplace they didn’t have to scoop the sidewalk, deal with frozen pipes or heating the house. At their age, they are still out there mowing the lawn, raking the leaves and spading the flower beds so their yard is beautiful this summer. Wouldn’t it be nice if someone was there to make sure mom made it home from playing cards or bunco? Mom and dad are getting thinner, you are concerned if they are eating right, how can you make sure they are eating well from miles away? Where could your parents stay and be independent, yet you know they are okay? Where could you have them stay so you can go away for a few days and take a break? The answer to all these concerns it the Riverview Assisted Living.

These things are included in the monthly fee: three meals a day, housekeeping services, social activities (only if you want to join in), transportation to local medical appointments and laundry facilities. Apartments can be furnished with personal belongings or there are furnished rooms available.

Pack your clothes, bring your furniture or leave it home. The choice is yours. The Riverview welcomes you for a month or two, or maybe you’ll like it so much, you’ll want to stay. Kay Kallsen is available to help you in any way she can. Call her at 308-778-5351.
