If you need help, push your Lifeline Personal Help Button which is worn around your neck or wrist. The Personal Help Button is on a completely waterproof button/pendant worn by Lifeline subscribers. When your Lifeline Unit is activated, it automatically dials the Lifeline Response Center. The CareParnter Unit is a basic speaker phone unit that works with the Lifeline Personal Help Button to provide protection to subscribers. This unit easily connects to any regular telephone.

Trained LifeLine Response teams monitor the call center 24hrs a day, 7 days a week.

Trained Personal Response Associates who have instant access to your complete profile and critical information will contact you immediately to see what help you need. Our Personal Response Associates are a team of highly trained, dedicated individuals who are there to answer Lifeline subscriber calls, 24 hours a day, 365 days a year.
