Please review the following information related to patient account services. These plans are available for both hospital and clinic services. BILLING POLICY
Payment is due and payable at time of service. We understand that meeting medical payment obligations can be challenging and have developed options to accommodate your needs. Please review the following, decide on a plan that is best for you, and call to make arrangements.
Payment Plans
We want to work together with you to make resolution of your account as convenient as possible. You will receive monthly statements for services not covered by you insurance carrier. As a not-for-profit hospital, we depend on timely payment of services so we can continue to provide medical care to residents of our area at the lowest possible cost.

Credit/Debit Card Payment:
Garden County Health Services accepts both credit and debit cards. If you would like to make payments using credit or debit cards, please contact our business office at (308) 772-3283.

Platte Valley Patient Advantage Repayment Plan:

Financial Assistance Application:
If the above options do not fit your needs and you are needing further assistance meeting medical expenses, you may qualify for the Financial Assistance program at Garden County Health Services.
